Organic Waste Hauling @ Food Depository - link to Final Report

Diverted 1.65 tons of food waste from the landfill; implemented organic waste hauling services at a food depository; trained staff on waste triage.

Polypropylene (plastic #5) as pots - link to Project Overview

Diverted and distributed 160 pots (i.e., food grade plastic containers) from the landfill and to urban farms in Chicago for use in the 2021 growing season.
